Dr. Amber O’Connor is a born and raised Texan. She grew up in Arlington, where her parents still live. She has a brother, sister in law, and niece who live in Dallas. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. In her time at Texas A&M she was a member of the club gymnastics team. They were NAIGC national champions her four years on the team. After graduating from A&M she went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. There she was involved in many leadership roles including class officer and vice president of her dental fraternity. During her time in dental school one of her most memorable moments was going on a mission trip to provide dental care to villages in Honduras.
Dr. O’Connor is invisalign certified. She is also a member of the American Dental Association and Greater Houston Dental society.
Outside of dentistry Dr. O’Connor loves cheering on her fighting Texas Aggies and watching baseball. She grew up a Texas Rangers fan but has quickly grown to love the Astros as well. She also enjoys seeing her favorite Texas country artists and trying every new restaurant hot spot. Her newest hobby is attempting to become the next Betty Crocker and trying her hand at all sorts of different recipes in the kitchen.
